This portfolio is to provide software solutions to small to medium entrepreneurs that are just beginning to realize potential growth within their business units. Along with this growth comes the need to have a tool to manage business functions within a centralized and integrated system.

There are existing commercial off the shelf software applications available but most likely are either an overkill and overwhelming for the current manpower, IT in particular(if there is one) plus most likely will be too expensive for what the current business size and needs. We want to build software solutions specifically to small enterprises trying to stay competitive during this trying times. These are the main motivation for creating the software solutions under this portfolio.

Click on the links on the left menu to explore each individual application. For the current setup, all applications are integrated and uploaded into the cloud platform for ease of access but can be broken into individual applications as needed. It can also reside on an on premise local server as preferred. The current interface is also designed to the bare minimum but can be expanded and customized to suit specific business requirements.

They were developed with user friendly as one of the main design criteria so average user should be able to navigate through the menus and functionality with less instructions needed.

• Inventory Management System - All other applications under this portfolio will most likely be integrated with the Inventory Management System as items needed for creating the transactions should be within the Inventory database. play tutorial

• Procurement System - Web application to raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders. Transactions can be as simple as Cash purchase transactions or Purchase requisitions/orders that go through a series of approval before completion.

• Sales Management System - Web application to raise Sales Orders. Transactions can be as simple as Cash Sales transactions or can go through a series of approval, picking(from the warehouse), delivery to the client premises, and Invoicing.

• Point of Sale System - web application intended as the name implies to be use as cash transaction POS system.

• E-Commerce - web application intended for online store.
